Please Join the Twin Cities and/or Minnesota LinkedIn and discussion groups. These groups are meant to help people in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota area network for business opportunities and to help them learn to use LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/) and other networking sites to there fullest. The group is not limited to discussions involving LinkedIn and is open to other sites as well, although none are endorsed. It can be used to help build business partnerships, and can also be used to talk about your business and ways to improve your approach to finding new customers or ask questions to other professionals in the area. This forum is loosely modeled after the MyLinkedinPowerForum group (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/MyLinkedinPowerForum/).

FarmHouse Fraternity Alumni Group

I'm trying to keep this group limited to actual FH alumni only, so Could you please provide the Chapter/University and your activation year as verification you were a member of FarmHouse Fraternity? Or explain your connection to FarmHouse Fraternity?

I know this seams a bit odd or formal, but some people on LinkedIn join groups only to expand their networks and range of influence, which is fine. The goal of the FH group though is to bring together past and present FHers in a group to help people connect and reconnect, share FH experiences, network and hopefully give back to FH and other FHers in a meaningful way.

I'd also like to invite FH alum to join the Discussion group on Yahoo Groups which can be found here: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/FarmHouse-Networking/ Approval for this group is done in the same way as the LinkedIn Group, membership in one will serve as verification for the other, although you still have to request to join each.

4-H Alumni group

I'm trying to keep this group limited to actual 4H alumni and volunteers only, so could you please provide your connection to 4H or the Club name, location and years you were a member of a 4H club as verification you were in 4H?
